3. Premium Subscriptions (Plus)
Games Bot offers premium features under the "Plus" subscription plans. These are non-refundable once activated unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Plus plan at any time. Subscriptions are associated with a specific server and can be transferred only according to the limits specified in your profile.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Games Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our bot. We do not guarantee that the bot will be online 24/7.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Games Bot at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the bot or dashboard (including premium features) if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the community or our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
